Adastra Merlot NV

This Merlot combines Adastra Merlot from two low yielding years: 2021 and 2022 into a single non-vintage wine. Brilliant ruby red in color, the wine’s many aromas include cherries, plums, raspberry jam, with hints of toasted bread, figs, roses, molasses, black tea and cumin. Gentle on the palate the wine melds fruit, chocolate, spice and savory characteristics. Soft, velvety tannins and a persistent slightly fruity finish make this wine pleasant to drink now, though it will benefit from aging.
