2014 Adastra Pinot Noir

Composed of Swan and Domaine de la Romanée Conti Pinot Noir field selections, the 2014 Pinot Noir is a medium-bodied wine with an intense core and fine typicity.  An enticing mix of fruit and spice, with aromas of strawberries, cranberries, cherries and baking spices, the wine also has earthy notes and a hint of licorice bark.  This well-balanced wine can be enjoyed on its own, but will go well with a broad range of food.  It has a long, savory finish.
