A cheerful, full-bodied wine with aromas of spice, apricot, incense, nutmeg and spice, along with a little butterscotch and vanilla. Only 67 cases of this wine were made - aged in three French oak barrels - one new, two used. Made with Chardonnay selections Old Wente, 96 and 76, all grown at Adastra's organically farmed vineyard.
